We are actively looking to diversify the clinical specialties, disciplines, and social identities of our team. We are especially searching for clinicians who were formerly justice-involved and later earned clinical licensure. Although we center justice-involved clients, we work with a wide range of people and concerns.

  • Those that can provide clinical supervision
  • EMDR therapists
  • Play therapists
  • Sex offense therapists
  • Those that can work with marginalized communities
  • Substance use therapists
  • Sex therapists
  • Trauma therapists of all types (e.g., sexual, racial, interpersonal)
  • Couples therapists
  • LQBTQIA+ therapists
  • Kink-aware therapists
  • Family therapists
  • Those who work with justice-involved clients
  • Those with assessment experience

Position & Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary W2 Position
  • 30-35 total hours worked per week
  • Average of 20-25 billables per week
  • Select Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance

  • 2 Weeks PTO (personal) + 2 Weeks PTO (agency closures in August and December)
  • Weekly Interdisciplinary Team Consultations
  • Licensure Supervision Provided
